Pakker Inc. warrants your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the original date of purchase. The warranty is made to the original purchaser (Customer) and is not transferable. For the purposes of this warranty, the original purchaser (Customer) is defined as the person or entity that placed the order with Pakker Inc. For purchases made through integrators, distributors, or other channels, contact the party directly for warranty claims. The warranty is still in effect but needs to be channeled through the point of purchase.
If a defective item is being returned within 90 days of purchase from Pakker, we will, at our option, repair using new components, or if repair is not possible, replace with new item. If repair or replacement is not possible, then we will refund the full original product purchase price paid to Pakker including taxes and the original ship out shipping cost affiliated to the item being returned.
If a defective item is being returned after 90 days but less than three years after purchase from Pakker, we will at our option repair using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace with new or refurbished item. If repair or replacement is not possible, then we will refund the full original product purchase price paid to Pakker including taxes and the original ship out shipping cost affiliated to the item being returned.
The customer also has the option to return a non-defective item in the first 45 days after purchase from Pakker. A 10% re-stocking fee from the item price and taxes paid to Pakker will be deducted. The shipping paid by Customer for original ship out to the Customer is not refunded.
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, physical or electrical stress, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning, natural or human caused disasters.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY
Should the product(s) fail, your sole recourse shall be repair, replacement,or refund as described in the preceding paragraphs. We will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost revenue, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Pakker Inc. be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price including tax, shipping and handling charges. Pakker Inc. disclaims any other warranties, expressed or implied. By purchasing and/or installing and/or using the product(s), the user accepts all terms described herein.
HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY
Call 1-888-572-5537 to obtain a Return Material Authorization number.
Once a RMA number is received, follow the directions to ship product back.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by Customer. The cost of shipping any repaired/replacement unit(s) will be incurred by Pakker using shipping method of its choosing. In both cases the payment of any customs clearance fees or duties are the responsibility of the user.
